Do you ever get tired of doing cardio? Can't find the perfect motivation. I get in that mode myself at times. Well last night I got out thanks to my wonderful dog, Eyota!
We decided to take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood and she made me do a hell of a lot more than walk!!! lol. It was so nice being able to run with her and her keeping such a great pace, wihtout pulling me or knocking me over. She made me want to run all over again!!!
People, if you have a dog, take them for a run at least 3 times a week, you will be suprised, just how far they can make you run than if you did it yourself!

That sounds like it would be a good and more fun form of cardio.

I used hate running indoors because it was just boring running/training in place. I enjoyed running outdoors. But running on pavement puts alot of stress on joints, i just prefer to use the elliptical trainer at the gym, and download songs to my mp3 player. For me listening to music makes time go so fast since i'm not always looking at the time and my ind is pre-occupied. i recommend listening to your own personal music, read a magazine, etc.
