Hey yall,
I just wondered if anyone out there has used Pilates and what kind of results they achieved with a proper diet.
Thanks!

My business partner (she is a trainer, too) and my training partner both ordered winsor pilates and rave about it. One of them has seen a difference in her stomach muscles and her thighs, both love the flexibility work.
I am going to order it soon, because they both like it so much.
I am Pilates certified with the allegro reformer and when I worked at the club and had access to the machine I felt it really enhanced my flexibilty and joint strength.
It really doesn't replace weight-lifting or cardio, but it is good for stress reduction and flexibility, and was developed originaly for rehabilitation - it is very good for all your joints and small stabilizer muscles.
Good luck!
