What exercises do you sugest for the Warming up? Are they general or do they vary with the group muscles I am going to work that day?
It is advised to do muscle streching before each set of every exercise. With what exercises shall I make this?

I believe warming up before lifting is just intended to get the heart pumping a bit. For a warmup I suggest an eliptical trainer personally. It gets all the body parts up and moving, without tiring out any specific body part really.

I was tempted to say stretching between sets isn't required. But then I thought about it for a sec. I do find myself stretching out my muscles between sets I suppose. I wouldn't make a 10 minute stretch session out of it though. It's best to get to your next set without a long wait between.

Warm-up in general on a machine, and then do a bodypart specific wamr-up - some bodyweight squats if it is leg day, some push-ups or pull-ups if it is upper body day.
Stretching before you workout has recently been shown to lessen the force which your muscles contract. The latest research coming out says don't stretch before, but do a lighter weight warm-up set of each exercise before you go heavy. And do stretch really well when you are all done.
Good luck!

After my stretching I run 5mins on treadmill at a moderate pace. Then I stretch the muscles some more...Focusing on the muscles to be worked for that day.
