my goals - how is this possible?

hi. when replying please bear in mind i am completely new to fitness so may not understand some terminology. i also dont have access to excersise equipment or a gym.

i am basically looking to achieve a body similar to that of britney. if you look at this picture :

i do have similar sized thighs however they are not toned like this but flabby. i would like to minimize the size of my thighs and tone them. i also want a stomach similar to britneys which i am sure you have all seen. also, i am looking for simple exercise that can make my ass look like hers does in that picture!

okay i may be being somewhat adventurous, i really want this, but have no idea of how to go about it. upper arms and under the arms are also flabby. any basic help would be appreciated. i am clueless. just look at that picture for what i want. i am currently 136 pounds, 5 foot 6.

i want to reduce flab, tone and lift areas such as buttocks and thighs.

Oh so many people want to change their bodies but they don't realize how much work is needed........
Start out of FT's work out routines, eat healthy and be patient and determinated AND you'll get there........
