All I seem to do is work out and have a excellent diet.. Could it be that eating what I want on the weekends (not going overboard) has a huge affect on my results? I train 5 times a week and include 2 hours of yoga, cardio and weights 3 times a week.. All I do is eat protein, fruits and vegetables.. And all the bread I eat is whole wheat and bran!! I'm soo frustrated!!
Plateaus can be attributed to many things: a stagnate regimen; not eating enough; not getting enough rest, etc. Why don't you fill out your profile and tell us a little about yourself and over all regimen, and maybe we'll be able to help you...
