I'm trying to get bigger in size. I know I eat sufficiently enough for it, but how do I know I'm lifting enough. I know your supposed to do less reps and more weight for mass, but how would I go about finding what weight to lift for different body parts?
Why not just sign up for the 12 weeks muscle mass routine?
About the weight, that's you to feel -not too heavy and not too light. You need to be able to do all the necessairy reps. Good luck!
