I would just suggest more protein fro someone your size. Your body needs protein at steady intervals because it can only assimilate so much at a time.
Meal one, add some protein, either protein powder mixed into your oatmeal, or an egg with 4 egg whites.
Meal two you could add some fibrous carbs, an appla or some veggies or some whole grain crackers.
Meal 3 Beef up your salad with more veggies, tomatoes have many benefits for men, as do broccoli, cauliflower, arrots. Dress your salad with Olive oil vinagraitte or flaxseed oil. They are full of beneficial fats that will actually help you lose bodyfat and keep your nerves healthier.
Meal 4 Have some lean protein along with this meal. brown rice is an excellent carb, congratulations!
Meal 5 is good, but studies have shown that a mix of more absorbalble types of protein before bedtime are more beneficial, consider a shake containing hiogh quality whey protein, and maybe some soy protein. Or I like cottage cheese as an evening meal.
Glutamine is excellent, xenadrine, if it works for you... You might want to consider creatine, it has been shown in many studies to help maintain/build lean mass while reducing bodyfat.
You have a solid foundtaion, keep it up!
