on the program.
Today I did
Wide grip chins
one arm dumbbell rows
dumbell presses
seated dumbell curls
reverse barbell curls crunches
twisting hanging leg raises
I broke a considerable sweat doing this and it lasted an hour majority of the time changing the weights on my dumbells *argh* But even though I sweated I dont feel sore anywhere or even feel like I worked out :(. When I did my regular routine for my upperbody I could feel my muscles actually being tighter but now im just sweating. Also I did 5 minutes of cardio before and after. Did I still get the workout by doing so was I not doing correct form? Id at least like to feel something you know?

YEah being sore after is not a indication of a good or bad workout. It may in fact take a day for that to set in if it does at all

So even though I feel like I just stepped out of a warm shower I probably had a good workout and will still see results? Also are pop tarts bad for a casual snack?

Yes and Yes LOL I love pop tarts as well they are all sugar and carbs not a good choice a snickers bar is better....
