Hey just wanted to introduce myself and say hello and hope to share my gains each week with individuals and compare to see how I am doing against others. Glad to meet every single one of you.

I just signed up for the Gain Muscle mass training routine. I've noticed it is only an 8 week program instead of 12 is their a way I could change it to 12? Also how is this routine? I've been lifting for a short while So I picked Beginner. How much of gains should I expect if I follow the diet and workout as the site says to?

Im currently around 160 pounds and 5'8 Im not looking to bulk up a good bit just looking to add a few more inches around the body.

We are glad to meet you too, sorry about the delay in response. The 8 week program is fine, when you are done with it, simply choose another. If you follow it through and have a good diet, you will do well. Your gains are hard for anyone to determine, your diet and work will determine this. Diet determines the amount of gains you get out of any workout, no matter how hard you train. So be equally diligent in both, and you will do well. Being new, you should make some pretty decent beginner gains. Welcome to you, and glad to have you as a member.

So when im done w/ the beginner switch to the intermediate and By the end of the 8 weeks I know it takes a while to develop if I follow a pretty sound diet I sould see some reasonable difference correct.

Im hoping to handle it well. I will be starting monday and I hope within the 8 week period I will have a better looking body for sure. I know their probably isnt a way to get all ripped and look great in 8 weeks but it's a start that should have some recognition from others.
