Is it just as effective? I've been lifting for a few months now and have seen really no results and was wondering if the basic 12 week program will be just as effective as the others? Im looking to add a few inches to my upperbody of muscle. I am also taking whey protein and eating a considerable amount of peanut butter for protein as well. I also add peanut butter in my shakes. so would I see some pretty good results from it working out 3 days a week?
Also what are some good exercises to replace pull up/chin ups I dont have a pull up bar and no place in my house would fit it so im looking for a replacement.

The 12 week routine concentrates about doing heavy compound exercises. I've seen lots of people with great results from this program so yes I'll recommend it.
Instead of pull ups you can do rowing exercises. It's not as good but still a great back exercise. Good luck!

Also should I start out using light weights til I get use to it or go all out and start using heavyweights and probably lose form a bit. I heard you will see tremendous results using correct form and less weight then a considerable amount of weight and losing form.
