Hey, I wanted to start a program here, but my schedule changed and I hadn't got into the schedule I had hoped for the gym. So I kind of got off track, but now I got my schedule worked out, so is there a way to reset the FT program?
I didn't see a support section, and I checked the profile options and didn't see it, so I post it here.
Also, anybody want to explain beginner and intermediate choice in the profile? I'm not sure which to pick... I have lifted weights on my own off and on since I can remember, but never seriously, as I hope to do.

Once I get into my program (hopefully this week), I also hope to begin posting frequently with all of you as I will be on the site inputting my information.
