1.5 to 2 hrs seven days a week?????????????
Um, ya, that's a tad bit on the side of overtraining!!!!
This will end up being extremely detrimental in the not so distant long run. You have the right idea - training each body part once a week. But the only time that you will make progress is when you rest. You MUST give your body time to recuperate! Fill out your profile so we know a little more about you and your goals, and I'm sure that we'll be able to help you from there.

Change it up....take a week off, comeback and combine some like back and bi, chest tri, legs abs, take a day off between each...and most likely if you're in there for two hours either your talking, taking to much time between sets, or overtraining...overtraining is tricky...but it does involve some common sense be smart!
