Hi I am new and saw posts about this workout. I have a air recumbunt stationary bike. It tells me how fast I am going, the distance, and calories burned. What would the intervals be?? I do 20-30 minutes on it. I would like to get a better workout! Thanks for your help.

You'll need to get exhausted when doing your intervals. If that's not the case on your stationary bike why not stop and do 2 mins of skipping, 4 mins of biking, 2 mins of skipping etc?
Good luck!

Thanks Philia. It is great to be able to have help when you need it without feeling stupid for asking ?'s. Now I just need to stick with it. I have already changed my eating habits and I am drinking tons of water. Thanks again.
