Leaness is a product of diet and exercise, with the emphasis on diet. Keep your protein up in the proper ratio to preserve lean tissue, and expend more calories than you take in. Train hard. If you feel you are stuck, then something has to change. Either the intensity of your workouts, the frequency, or your diet is not up to par to keep your gains/losses coming. Fat around the middle is a tough battle, especially the first time you do it. You have to keep fighting, even when it looks like it is not working. Don't give in, your body won't. You have to be persistant and intense. No cheating till you reach your goal.
