Which are the best pills? that don't have any side effects and work well? I've heard of GNC Cuts. Any other well known good ones that I can buy?
Also, is there anything bad about taking these kinds of metabolism pills? How do they increase your metabolism?
Any information regarding these metabolism pills will help. Thanks.

If you want to boost your metabolic rate start doing cardio and weight training. Your body won't know what hit it.
You will also get the added binus of a great body.
Forget the pills.

This is so very true.
Nothing will do a better job of it.
Its unfortunate that it takes most a lifetime to figure this out.

I'll chime in as being in favor of a weights/muscle building program instead of pills.
With a sendentary(not very active) lifestyle, a pound of muscle will burn roughly 50 calories thru the day.
You want to rev up how much your body burns? Simple, add muscle.
Gain 6 pounds of muscle and you'll be burning 300+ extra calories a day. More if you're active.
Some points about "metabolic" boosters. Something that makes you use more fuel, without having the NEED for more fuel(like activity or to feed muscle tissue) do it by producing an "excited" state for prolonged periods. This can effect stress levels, sleeping patterns, and do annoying things like making you sweat like a pig ALL THE TIME.
Quick fixes ALWAYS have a catch.
