The are sort of contradictory goals, although you should lean out as you add mass.
Stick to fibrous carbohydrates - brown rice, sweet potatos, oatmeal, green vegetables.
Eat lots of lean protein - chicken breasts, turkey breast, lean beef, fish, egg whites (and the occasional yolk).
take your daily food intake and divide it into six equal amounts, eat every three hours or so.
If you do shakes, use high quality protein and add some flax oil. But you are better off eating food your system can work on.
Avoid refined foods, sugar, alcohol.
Get enough sleep/
