I'm currently on the BLF challenge. My bf is 35% and I'm training 7 days a week. My diet is pretty good. Lots of protein & H20. However, I will like some advise. What is better to take for recovery Glutamine powder or Glutamine caps?

A suggestion at this point would be to save your money. At 35% bf, you probably have no need yet for glutamine. Proper diet and training will do nicely.
