I don't often post on the boards since I joined FreeTrainers about 2 and half months ago but I do lurk around quite a bit. It has been very encouraging reading what everone has to say and it is really easy to use alot of the advice given here. Thank you all!

I am starting the third week of my second FT training schedule and as of today I have lost 30 lbs (299). I am stronger than I have ever been and everyone says it looks like have lost way more than 30. I feel great!

To anyone who may be struggling of feeling hopeless about reaching your goals, all I can say is that if I can do it anyone can. The last three weeks for me have been really hard. I've had to buckle down and force myself to go to the gym. Now that this goal is achieve I really don't think I will have to force myself any longer.

Wow. That is great. Keep at it and before you know it you'll reach your goal of 220.
