My body is predispositioned to gain muscle mass; which makes training difficult for me since I really like using free weights. I run, but my bodyfat percentage remains between 22 and 24%. I do try to emphasize cardio but because of the way my body builds muscle, I need a program designed to tone and lengthen. Any ideas?
Well if your body puts on that fast lean muscle mass then I'm surprised that you cannot get down your body fat %.
