Last night, my trainer said that of all of the people he trains that are around my age (most of his clientele) I am the strongest female he has!!! We were talking about losing weight, he said he cannot tweak my workout/eating plan much so I can have a more dramatic weight loss because I just keep building muscle!!! I told him I don't care as long as my pants size keeps going down (I have gone down 3 sizes so far)!!!! That really made me feel good and even more committed. This stuff really works!!

That's great deby. Feels good doesn't it? I've gotten a couple compliments lately in the gym too. It's nice when someone notices our efforts, but it's even better when we start having results to be noticed too. Us Gramma's ain't ready for the rockin' chair yet!

Way to go Deby. You should be 1 proud lady.
Keep up the good work.
Who knows, you might become a trainer yourself down the road.

I wish I would have realized how much I enjoy this several years ago and I may have pursued that avenue, I think I am probably too old to be a trainer now! Unless I trained the "geriatric" groups!

Here in Montreal we have Olympics for seniors and wow, it is amazing. Imagine all the people you would inspire?

I don't know if we have anything like that here in Houston, but that would be great. The first person I am determined to inspire, is my husband. He will be retiring from the military next May and is determined he will never exercise again. I told him I expect him to go to the gym with me!! I will have to be VERY persuasive.
