It wasn't long ago that I had posted that I had broken the 200 lb. body weight barrier. A weight that I haven't seen in four years. Now, today I broke the 190 lb. barrier, weighing in at 189.2lbs! I am starting to see tendons, veins and muscles in which I never knew I had! Heck, I can even see the outline of my abs now, what incentive to keep on truckin. Wow, that's a total of 25.8lbs in about three months! People just can't believe it when they ask how I'm doing it, and I reply I just watch my diet. There is a fine line between needing and wanting something....if I don't need it I don't have it. They can't believe that all my gains were from watching my diet and not from endless hours of cardio and weight training....those skinnies just don't understand...I could run faster, jump farther, lift heavier than just about everyone in my school...why was i overweight???My diet was crap...this website has got me on the right track, and Im never going back!

Great news! Congratulations! I have preached this point over and over. You can completely change your looks with diet. Diet is the overlooked variable by so many. YOu see folks in the gym day after day, week after week, etc, and they never change. Why? Diet is key. Without changing your diet, you will stay the same. The 2, exercise and diet feed off each other. One is good, but both are tons better. With exercise, and throw in proper diet, you can literlly transform your physique, like molding clay. Again, many congratulations to you, and keep inspiring people. You and others on here show it can be done, and give motivation to folks.
-------------- Great people never want it easier, they just want to be better!
