Hey i was just wondering if on my chest day i would be able to substitute my triceps workout for back and put the tricep workout with my bicep workout because on my chest day my tris kill so i have to decrease my chest workout weight? Is this a good idea or not?
I always found that doing triceps on chest days worked the best for me, and back with biceps. Triceps compliment chest well because bench uses them, and you use your back (sort of) when doing biceps. This way your giving your triceps a rest on days your not doing chest.
But thats what worked for me; to each their own, right?
