I want to measure my strength. Are there any websites or anything where I can put in my info (Height, weight, max. press or whatever) to measure my strength?

Are you looking to find your 1RMax on any certain exercise, like the bench press?

Well, I wanna know how I measure up to what I should be able to do. For example, if I'm 190 lbs. and can lift 185 lbs. 5 or 6 times on a flat bench press, how do I rate on a strength meter?

well, your "supposed" to be able to lift your own weight at least once....if your talkin bout is that good for your to be lifting, i would say average to a little under average, cuz most people can now lift more than their own weight....

Keep a running log of your workouts and progress that will tell you what kind of progress you are making as for where you are supposed to be that all relative and has too many variables the only person you should be trying to please is youself if you can't do that your in trouble good luck

Depends who you are talking about, most people I know or take to the gym as 1st time lifters can't. Lifting 185lb 5-6 times gives you a max press of about 220lb (using this sites calculators), or ~115% body weight, so I would say better than the average person on the street, though probably worse than the average weight lifter.
In relation to your body weight I don’t think there is any universally agreed scale but the calc on this site,

puts you at average (as you have no profile I left the default settings that you were a 20-29y old male), though I’m not sure who you are been compared to.
