I think all of us are different. Some need more than others, some less. I seem to do well on 6 hours. Anything more and I feel kind of groggy, less and I am tired. Find what is optimal for you. Remember one thing, 60% of growth occurs durning sleep, so get what is adequate for you, but be nourished for it. Too much sleep can actually be detrimental to your gains. Too long of a fasting state.
