Wouldnt it be great if we could have an area on journel entries to add exercises to the routine we have been given. If your working on legs and you have only 2 exercises on your routine and you want to add 1 or 2 more there could be a list to choose from of all the different exercises and then you can add that in. Because I keep feeling stronger and stronger, and I find myself wanting to keep going and not stop at only 2 exercises! What do you guys think?

Wow, you're hot...er I mean, I agree with you. I also feel that we should be able to add exercises because sometimes after a routine I don't feel anything in the muscles I have worked out with. I also wish they had some kind of place where you could select weak spots on your muscles and get exercises and tips to either build these parts up or tone them

There is a board for member feedback and suggestions down towards the bottom of the message boards page. You might try posting your idea there.

Sometimes I just pick and chose from the exercises on the fitness resources. I think it helps me.
