I have heard that for a woman, you have a set weight of 100 pounds for a 5-footer. Then you add 5 pounds for every inch in height. So assuming you are female, it would be about 130.
I work out a lot so my goal (22% body fat) is actually 150 for my 5'7' frame. I am at 25% body fat now and a lot of my weight is muscle. You might want to get some fat calipers "Pinch an inch", etc. They will tell you your body fat percentage which I think is a lot more accurate than scale numbers. If you went by scale weight, many ripped, gorgeous weight lifters would be "fat". LOL
Anyway, that's my 2 cents.
It is hard to lose, but once you start it's amazing! I was 220 last year, bursting out of size 20W jeans, and miserable. Now I am a size I haven't been since the mid 90's, and my only dilemma is do I stop at size 12 or go down to a 10? Hang in there, you can do it! Make sure to take some "before" photos, you will love them later!

I would not get a "figure" in your head. This can be an overwhelming figure to try to reach, and too large of a goal, and easy to get to thinking it is impossible to reach. Strive for smaller goals, when you reach it, then set another goal. The little goals are cool, reward yourself in some way upon reaching one, and they add up to a large goal, and discouragement does not settle in so easy. A good solid fat loss is around 2 lbs. per week. Any more than that and you may be ecstatic with the scale, but alot of it may be muscle loss. This is after the first week, when it is not uncommon to lose 5-9 lbs. due to water weight loss, especially on a lower carb diet. Good luck to you, and hope this helps.
