wat should i do if wanna be tone and firm body?how many sets and pounds should i lift?now i am lifting 20kg for chest and 10 kg for shoulder.i lift it for 4 years oledi.but dun have and result.i am tired!!!!!
The amount of lbs. you lift is your call. No one can tell you that. You will have to "get under" some weights and figure out what works for you. If you can for example do 8-10 very easy reps, then that weight is probably too light. You want to have to work fairly hard to get the last couple. This is of course after doing a warmup first.
In order to be "firm", diet plays a major part here. Clean up your diet, ditch the refined carbs, eat complex, fibrous carbs and at least one gram of protein per lb. of bodyweight.
