Is there a good substitute for this excercise

Befor free trainers created the premeium service there use to be alot of diffrent excercises for the 12week abs, perhaps one of thos, but i dont know what they are

(note: i didnt stick with it last time i tried to work out,im hoping to make it throught it this time)

Are you working out in a gym or at home?

The seated twist didnt work for me either. I modified it and it seemed to work better for me. I dont know if I was working the right muscles intended but it is worth a try. Lay on your back and turn your waist to the left with your knees bent. Then do your crunches like that. Repeat for the right side. See if that works.
