does anyone know if there are certian speeds that you are supposed to run at to keep burning calories after you finished working out?

I vary the speed sometimes on the treadmill; jog along for a few minutes and then run close to a sprint for a few minutes, then back to an easy jog. Then sometimes if I'm not feeling so energetic I just jog along for 20 minutes or so. LOL

Yes after HIIT (or any other "explosive" training)

Its an ability thing- just depends on your level of fittness and what your goals are- run faster, lose weight, or just maintenance training?
