When I first started to want to change my eating habits and working out to lose weight, had no idea how I was going to do this and found this site, I have been reading alot of what people have to say about working out and nutrition and put together my own meal plan according to what was working for other people and I am proud to announce that when I first started I was at 339 pounds and after my workout yesterday I weighed myself again I am now at 312 and I am started to feel alot better and my clothes are actually starting to fit again, so to everyone on this board thank you.
