right now im doing 48min AFTER breakfast then later in teh day after my workout i go and do 20min.
i know some people say its better before breakfast but a long run could just end up having me lose muscle if im not careful. I was thinking about chaning the 48min run with the 20min run since after a workout since my glycogen levels are already depleted so I will likely be running on stored fat vs available carbs. any suggestions, is this to much cardio even? i do about 20miles a day in 68min
I would do 20 mins BEFORE breakfast and then do the rest of the cardio later in the day.
Doing that much cardio everyday is a lot and will hinder you putting on muscles.
