What do you folks think about this:

http://www.criticalbench.com/fastmuscles.htm

I have not order it and have no idea what this is all about. I also dont promote this guy (dont recommend to buy this stuff) I just want to know if somebody had experience with it or a similar advertisement (to me it seems like a ripp off to get 60 bucks out of our pockets, since he creates a great peak of curiosity, but never tells what his programm is all about...and to be true: its a bit weird to train only 8 minutes every 3 weeks and after all press 400 pounds....seems like exagerated). Would appreciate your input on this one.
Greetings to all of you.
Pdacruz.

You ever watch any infomercials....You ever order anything off one of them....It slices, It dices....It will only last 7 non-working days....and you can purchase it for the low and convienient price of 6 easy payments of $399.99...sound familiar....If someone has found such an easy way to build muscle and weight like that don't you think someone else would have to...Yes, and they are right here on FT giving it out for FREE. Don't waste your time or ours kid on gimmics like that.

$60 dollars for the cost of an email transmission...jeez I wish I could have thought of that one.

No that is all correct but like you said not a good reason to spend money on a system. Most of those systems if not all are money pits. How many infomericals do you see on tv claiming to get ubelieveable results? If they worked half as well as they claim everyone would be fit and this site would not be needed. Another thing go to any yard sale etc and you will find most if not every single piece of equipment or book sold on tv for sale at 50 cents. Why? cause simply only a very small % of people using them actually see results. This is just my opinion. I think they are a waste of time and money....

richardjst, I don't mean to offend, but your answers are a little harsh and sarcastic. pdacruz was just asking a legitimate question and that is what these boards are for isn't it? Answers like that can make people afraid to ask a question and that would be a shame, I think.

============
Quoting from Pdacruz:

What do you folks think about this:

Hmmmm....to me it seems as though he already he answered his own question...Im putting it into perspective.

Whoa! Folks let not get carried away. There is no easy way to look good except for getting your photo's retouched.
The other way is hard work in the gym and healthy diet.

I've had a look a the critical bench website before... Stay away from it. The concept that they stand behind is HIT (High Intensity Training) developed by Mike Mentzer back when dinosaurs ruled the Earth. There is something about a 7 minute workout that just does not make any sense. I've tried it and have hut little results, except for joint inflamation.
