Hey, I was wondering, when is the best time to take glutamine pills? I'm also interested if anyone has any feedback on how effective glutamine supplementation is?

First thing in the morning, after training and the very last thing in the night.

Hey there HLB39. In addition to Philia's advise I'll add, try to take it on an empty stomach if possible. I've heard more gets absorbed that way.
As far as the effectiveness.. some claim great results in regeneration (healing up from workouts)... and increased immune system performance. I started taking it just a couple months ago. Can't claim to have any earth shattering results here, but it certainly hasn't had any negative results either. Good luck.
