would it be alrigh to do a cardio workout followed by weights or should I do my cardio in the morning like I normally do and then do weights at night, I am going for max fat loss but do want to tone the muscles in the process but I had heard it is not good to do weights with cardio at the same time but since I am new to this am not sure how much of it is truth.
Always try to do your weight workout first. You do not want to be depleted of glycogen before you start this. You will not be able to lift your most productive weights, so you will be deprived of proper overload thus growth. For quickest maximum fat loss, cardio immediately following weights is probably best. See, then you will most probably be depleted of glycogen which is good, so the cardio can get into fat burning. Have a protein drink afterwards.
