What muscles should you train to make yourslef look huge in a t-shirt?

You must train all of your upper body, do an extra shoulder rpotine. But if you just concentrate on the upper body you will look out of perportion. Also lower back muscles are extremely important to train as they stabilize the upper body..

My husband and I were just talking about how many men come into the gym and only work chest and arms (mostly biceps) and never work their legs.
