Hey, I am trying to add muscle but at the same time be cut and have no fat. Is eating at a fast food restaurant (I normally get a bigger hamburger for protein and water) bad for me? Because I don't eat fries or anything.

P.S. I don't eat it EVERYDAY, just 2 to 3 times a week after I workout.

No, hamburger "meat" is meat in the loosest sense of the word. If you feel the need to have a fast food fix I'd suggest a chicken burger as a compromise. Still not brilliant, but a lot better than the burgers if you're going to eat something like that at all.

-and make that a "grilled" chicken... not the "crispy" deep fried variety. Still horrible.. but the lesser of evils I supose. =)

I was eating the grilled chicken for a while about 6 mths ago. It's better than the burger, but after reading the ingredients that were added to it, I cut it out. There is glucose, which is a form of sugar that turns into fat if we don't burn it off, and there is some hydrogenated crap also. Best is to do those breasts yourself and bring them with you.

I would say you should eat lots of protein after a workout(but not fast food LOL), that's what I've always been told....protein is key in your muscle fibers rebuilding and getting bigger after you have worked out.

EEEEEKS! scary! Somedo, but I don't, today I was out of tuna, so I had to have sardines. Imagine all that in a blender though? Try with some cottage cheese to make it creamy!

SubWay

Double meat roasted chicken breast with american cheese, onions, tomato, and honey-mustard sauce on hearty italian weighs in at under 500 calories, and 4 billion grams of protein. :D

Can you add foods that don't appear on the food list?
I can't find some of the items I am eating.
