I recently just started working out and watching my diet about 3 months ago. I was thinking of getting a subscription to mens health and fitness magazine. Not a bodybuilding magazine because i don't wanna be that big. Just a magazine that has good course of information and maybe gives you some excercise regime's that work. For example i just got that July edition of Men's Fitness and saw it has LL Cool J on the cover and it has what his workout consists of and it goes into great detail. Another article in the magazine is how to get bigger arms in half the time. These articles are very appealing to me and just wanted to knowwhat everyone else thinks is the best magazine to get a year subscription of. Thanks

On this subject, can anyone advise of any magazines for women that i'd be able to get in UK. Like, do they do a "Women's Fitness" that covers fitness, nutrition, lifestyles etc.
Just wondered what everyone's favourite was.

Check magazine stores or book stores..the magazines for women are "Oxygen" and "Muscle & Fitness Her's" they touch on alot of issues that only women deal with.
