are there any women taking creatine out there? I am looking for a it of a muscle boost, it is hard to get more muscular as a woman. If so let me know what you think. I don't want to be super buff but gaining some more muscle wouldn't hurt. Also any good weight exercises that work? I feel like I have plateaued.
