Hello everyone...U have just re-entered the workout community after finishing college. I am 23 and in great shape and want to add a little mass. My trouble area is my lower abs and oblique. They seem to not want to show their face. I eat healthy and bike about 40miles/week. I just can't seem to find an exercise to tone-up my lower abs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
