lower abs and oblique help

Hello everyone...U have just re-entered the workout community after finishing college. I am 23 and in great shape and want to add a little mass. My trouble area is my lower abs and oblique. They seem to not want to show their face. I eat healthy and bike about 40miles/week. I just can't seem to find an exercise to tone-up my lower abs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

leg curls or sumthing...i foget sumthing to do wit y0 legs can target ur lowwer abs....leg lifts or sumthing

Leg raises is a good exercise but you need to know that the last little fat on the lower abs is quite difficult to loose.
