Does anyone know a good excercise to replace the
Single Leg Hamstring Kickback ?
My gym doesn't have that machine.
There is one where you sit down in with your legs parallel to the floor and you curl them down so that your shins are 90 degress or so from the floor. Will this work? What is this excercise called? I don't see it in my list of available excercises.
