Hello... six weeks into my weight gain prog and I am happy to say I have gained 6lbs.
However I am not happy to add that though I have but on this weight, I notice virtually no difference in the size of muscles or definition... Is this bad?? I don't think it's fat that's gone on to me really....
Speaking from personal experience only... When I first started training it took several months of intense workouts before I really started to notice a difference. So just sick with it and you will see progress.
Also, I've noticed as I gain weight I don't really get larger. I just get more defined and more dense muscle mass.
