hey, i am doing the 12 week ab workout mass training or whatever its called......anyway, in the excersize program where you input how many reps you did, what do i put in the weight input used? need quick response!

If you do not use any weight, then simply put nothing in there.

one more thing, on the seated twists workout, if it says to do 15 reps, does that mean 15 for each side of the abs(so really do 30), or just count to 15 thru it?

I believe you count to 30 (15 for each side).
