Vitamin Overdose!?

Hi Guys,

I have heard that by actually taking too many vitamins, that it could have a negative effect upon the body.

I take multi-vitamin tablets, as well as eating fruit and veg in the day. Am I taking in too much vitamins and minerals? I haven't been doing this for long, so I haven't seen any negative effects.

Anyone have any comments on this?

ive also heard that if u take to many vitamins that it can be harmful! i dont really know which ones but thats what ive heard.
