I have heard that by actually taking too many vitamins, that it could have a negative effect upon the body.
I take multi-vitamin tablets, as well as eating fruit and veg in the day. Am I taking in too much vitamins and minerals? I haven't been doing this for long, so I haven't seen any negative effects.
