I'm on the gain muscle mass training program.
I've just started it. I'm on the first week.
My program consists of doing sets with 20, 15,12, and 11 reps. I thought the general idea with gaining muscle mass is low reps and high weight. Is this correct?
Also, has anyone had any success with this program?
I believe the reasons for the higher reps is to prepare the body for the heavier weight. I have heard a lot on here say tht they have seen good results!
