Hello. I'm on my fourth week of a weight gain prog, but am worried because at the gym I don't seem to be able to lift much heavier weight than when I 1st started :(
when will I notice an improvement?? I have as much weight as I can handle too!!
First off, don't worry about increasing the weight, the idea is to get the form right.You might be trying to increase too much. You will eventually see an improvement and keep up the good work. Rememeber you are only 4 weeks in. When you can do 5 reps more than usual, try to increase the weight,thats a signal I use to know when I'm ready for an increase.
