Hello there old chaps,

*"I am worried" because when I workout I feel after 4 reps I've done all I could, but within minutes I feel asthough perhaps I haven't worked as much as possible, because I feel fine.

I never ache the day after in my biceps, triceps or deltoids... is this BAD?? I do for eg 4 cable bicep curls, then 4 sets dumbell curls. Triceps: 4 sets cable pushdowns and machine dips. What can I do??

Plus in 4 weeks of trying to gain weight (1/2 way through my prog) I have gained no weight and there is barely any difference in my phisique. I'm worried I'm not eating the right amounts. I eat minimum of 110g protein and 2000 calories and 65g fat (good). So I'm just generally a bit worried.

Thanks all.

First of all up the protein a lot I would say at least 50 -75g more per day, drop the cable curls add barbell curls, 3-4 sets, 3 sets of slow dumbell curls and then do 2-3 sets of dumbell preacher curls very slow. As for triceps, start with dumbell kick backs, then do the cable press downs also add lying tricep extensions (skullcrushers) the exercise tabs here will help you figure out what these are if you do not. As for deltoids stay bbasic, start with barbell presse/dumbell presses. the do side lateral rasies, and then rear delt raises....add some upright rows/shrugs and I will gaurrentte that you will feel it. make sure to use good form and when in doubt ask for someone for help. Also I think you need to eat more of everything, but really try to get as much protein as you can and at least a gallon of water. Hope this helped if you have more questions email me or post here we can help ya!

Yeah and give it moe time 4 weeks is not really a long enough time to see huge gains i would say at least 3 months or more.
