need something for upper back!

hi all! i am new here, and i am looking for something i can preferably do at home that will target my upper back between the shoulder blades. I'm a female and I am having a little back strain/fatigue lately, and i just need something, even a good stretch may work!

My goodness, that is my daughters name. actually it is Yvonne but we call her Vonnie or Von how strange. Well, anyways, welcome to freetrainers, a nice massage will loosen that up or maybe you should consult your doctor to see if muscle relaxers are in need. Yoga is great for stretching not only your back but the whole body. Good luck!

Reach your arm across your body and pull it toward you at the elbow. That should give a little pull on your rhomboids.
