I can workout 3 to 5 times a week, but I need to have short workouts on mondays, tuesdays, and wednesdays and longer workouts on thursdays and saturdays. I'd like to start training each week on monday or tuesday.

But the FT workouts I get seem to generally make the first workout in the week a long one.

My question is - can I just swap the first and last workouts - so my longest workout is on a saturday (when I don't work), and the shortest is on the monday (when I work, and when the gym is the most crowded)

Can you workout in the mornings before work? I start at 4:30 or 5:00am and I get the place to myself. I really hate waiting on others to finish with a machine or something I need to use.
I think ft sets up your workout so you don't train primary and secondary muscle group on back to back days. So changing day might not work. I am sure someone will have a better answer for you.

Swapping days is no problem. If that is what it takes to get your workouts in, then this is what you should do. The most important thing is doing it!
