For the past year I have been mainly doing flat and incline benches. Lately, I started to add decline to my workout and I find that I can push 20 to 30 pounds more than I can on flat bench presses. Is this normal? If anything, like inclines, I would have thought that the weights would have come down. Don't get me wrong, I like it but I would have thought that area of the chest to be weaker.

Most people can go heavier on decline since the range of motion is not as deep i mean that you do not have as far to go so you can lift heavier for the most part it is totaly normal!
