You are doing your body and muscles a great injustice by not eating in the morning. All that hard work in the gym is going to waste due to the fact that your body not only repairs itself after workouts, but especially while you sleep. By going that long between meals, you are creating a hostile environment within your body AND impacting your metabolism in a very negative way. Your body goes into starvation mode and slows everything down, so basically, you will never obtain the results you want if you keep doing this. Building a better body requires sacrifice, if you feel sick when you eat in the morning, oh well, you will get used to it and then you will be on the fast track to a better body. DON'T skip breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day. Good luck.

What are you eating? If it is something heavy try a lighter breakfast. A fairly weak protein shake drunk slowly over an hour or so might be worth trying as well. It is true that breakfast is vitally important for your training but if it makes you sick your body is trying to tell you there a problem. I don’t think just ignoring it will do you any good either physically or at work.

I'm not a morning person either. :) I don't get sick when I eat right when I wake up thankfully. :)

How about just a protein shake? Or a MRP?
